My Story.
My Mission.

Hello, my name is Master Trainer Cameron Flowers, and I am a dedicated personal trainer with more than 10+ years of fitness training experience! My fitness journey began as a child when I would spend time training with my father at our local gym. He introduced me to exercise and proper nutrition at a young age in an effort to keep me healthy while spending time together in the process. I always enjoyed going to the gym with him, whether we were lifting weights, boxing, or wrestling. I wouldn’t trade those memories for anything. What started as a way for my father to keep me healthy and active turned into a lifelong dedicated hobby that I’ve practiced everyday since. My father started my fitness journey, and now I’m here to do the same for you!

So how did MyFlexibleFitness come about? It all started a few years ago during training sessions. I noticed a lot of people (clients, friends, family) always had an excuse for why they couldn’t find time to exercise or eat right. Everything from “I just can’t find the time to workout” to “It takes so long to make healthy food, it’s easier to just grab take-out” and even “If there were more hours in the day I would probably be in great shape”. I had to break it to them (and probably some of you reading this) that no one is that busy, stop making excuses. So I went about creating complete diet and exercise plans that could be followed with minimal effort, short workouts, easy to make meals, and an overall flexible structure. After noticing success on this program with clients that would normally have a hard time following basic guidelines – it dawned on me – what if this program could be taught and applied to everyone, regardless of location? Thus, MyFlexibleFitness was born. So here it is, a complete training solution, diet simplicity focused, virtual trainer assisted health program designed by me for you!
